Objectives of this role

Use your consultative skills to engage directly with key business stakeholders

Map business processes and document high quality business requirements

Build and deliver high quality technical solutions built on the Salesforce platform and adjacent technologies

Responsibilities

Be a key member of client implementation projects, designing and building solutions
-
Lead and facilitate client workshops
-
Lead the definition and documentation of user stories and test cases
-
Provide configured-solution demonstrations regularly and iteratively
-
Deploy solutions when they have been signed off by business stakeholders
-
Develop data remediation strategies and solutions
-
Work with our Solution Architect to design and build solutions aligned with our best practices
-
Contribute to our internal knowledge by documenting solutions
Required skills and qualifications

Consulting
You must have either worked as a Consultant or have had an internal role that required consulting to business stakeholders (Required)

You have been the lead business analyst of one or more solutions built on the Salesforce platform from requirements definition through to production release.

Business Analysis

$80,000 - $110,000 CAD

This is a fully remote position, you should have a quiet, distraction-free location that you can work from 8 hours each work day, including a reliable internet connection

Coffee shops (and other loud locations) are not acceptable places of work

You will be provided a corporate laptop

There will be 3 month probationary period, at which time both you and Cloud Pilots can end the relationship without cause
-
You will be expected to help with our Adoption Services support practice, taking on 2-3 clients with their monthly support.

We get together once per year on site (location TBD but somewhere in Western Canada) to do our annual planning and goal setting
-
We value flexibility in work, however we expect your work schedule to align with standard business hours for Western North America
